WebIt is unreliable. Customer service is utterly inexistent. I was notified TWO HOURS after the scheduled bus ride that it was late. What is even more grotesque is that the email I received from Blablabus, two hours after the fact, stated to wait by the curb to be ready for the bus! WebLate arrival by blablabus driver.
