I got the screen where you can change what the family picture looks like, and pressed save to library. WebAfter that try starting the game and it will create the folder anew. This will restore your game settings and you should set them again (like tick use CC and mods) before quitting the game. Then just drag the backups back into the folder where they belong, start the game and try to save your lot to the library.
