Web21 okt. 2005 · I'm having kind of the same problem, except it just plain never disengages. It is on from start up to shut off, I put a new fan clutch on and returned it to autozone, went to NAPA and got one, and it is doing the same thing, so I am returning that and just putting an e-fan in. 94 S10 Blazer 2DR - LT1/4L60E 3.42s 3716lbs. Then if you can take it out and rive it around in the highest gear that will be safe holding the clutch down and if you can put a load on it like a weight etc to pull.

If no air coming out check 2 wire connector on solenoid for 12v+key power on one wire and ground supplied by ECM on other wire.
